Ebola outbreak in DRC and Uganda

An Ebola outbreak has been confirmed in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda on Saturday, There have been eight confirmed laboratory cases, 246 suspected cases, and 80 suspected deaths reported in Ituri Province of the DRC across at least three health zones: Bunia, Rwampara, and Mongbwalu. In Uganda’s capital, Kampala, two confirmed cases, including one death, were recorded on Friday and Saturday among travelers arriving from the DRC.
