Will the Burkinabé coup plotters of 2015 soon be recruited?

There are many competitions on this earth. But there is only one country that would win a gold medal in coup d'état, and that is Burkina Faso. This Burkina Faso does not lack coup plotters, they could really become an export hit.  Currently, Ibrahim Traoré (born March 14, 1988, is a Burkinabe military officer and politician who has been the fifth president of Burkina Faso since October 6, 2022. He came to power after a coup that overthrew Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba. At 36 years old, Traoré is the youngest head of state in the world. His leadership was marked by a turn towards authoritarianism, with significant military restructuring and a turn towards Russia and a distancing from France). But there were others, such as Thomas Sankara (21. 12. 1949 – 15. 10. 1987 was a Burkinabe military officer and revolutionary who served as President of Burkina Faso from 1983 until his assassination in 1987. Known for his Marxist and Pan-African ideologies, he implemented radical reforms aimed at eradicating corruption, improving education, and promoting women's rights. Sankara famously renamed Upper Volta Burkina Faso, meaning "land of the upright people," and initiated extensive environmental programs, including planting millions of trees to combat desertification. His presidency ended when he was killed during a coup led by his former ally Blaise Compaoré), then the reviled Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba (born January 1981, is a Burkinabe military officer who served as President of Burkina Faso from January to September 2022 was interim president of Burkina Faso. He came to power in a coup that overthrew President Roch Marc Christian Kaboré, citing failure to combat a jihadist insurgency. Damiba's rule ended when he was overthrown by Captain Ibrahim Traoré because of dissatisfaction within the military with his handling of security issues. After his expulsion, he initially fled to Togo and has since expressed concern about the country's deteriorating security situation) and there are others who could be acquitted.    On December 18 of this year, the Burkinabe government passed a bill "on amnesty and the conditions for granting amnesty" for those involved in the September 2015 coup. It was between September 16 and 23 of this year - in the midst of the post-uprising transition - that Gilbert Diendéré failed to disrupt the Burkinabe democratic process before being sentenced to twenty years in prison, in particular for "attacking state security." The general, also sentenced to life imprisonment for his involvement in the assassination of "Thom Sank", should not be acquitted by the current "sankarophile" regime. For this reason, the government is setting conditions. According to Justice Minister Édasso Rodrigue Bayala, those involved in the 2015 coup must have demonstrated "good behavior in prison" and confessed to the facts of which they are accused before being pardoned. The main aim is to involve those potentially pardoned in the fight against jihad. According to the Burkina Faso Information Agency (AIB), they could be involved in the security struggle: they would have to "express a patriotic commitment to the reconquest of territory" and "express their desire to participate actively in the fight against terrorism." ” https://www.jeuneafrique.com/1642486/politique/les-putschistes-burkinabe-de-2015-bientot-enroles/
