Minembwa Airfiel, DRC, bombed

Around ten M23 rebels were killed on Monday, March 10, in bombing raids by the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) on the Minembwe airfield on the Fizi and Uvira plateau (South Kivu). According to Jean Jacques Elakano, the Vice Governor of South Kivu, the operation succeeded in destroying all the aircraft transporting the M23 rebels from Bukavu.
