Tshisekedi is offering a reward of five million dollars for anyone who helps

This can be dangerous, but it can be assumed that the people mentioned will only be in a secure area. Tshisekedi is offering a reward of five million dollars for anyone who helps in the capture of the leaders of the M23 group, the Ministry of Justice announced. "A reward of five million dollars is being offered to anyone who helps in the arrest of the criminals Corneille Nangaa, Bertrand Bisimwa and Sultani Makenga," said a statement from the ministry on Friday, writes voaswahili.  The question is, who is a criminal? Nanfaq, Bisimwa, Majenga or Tshisekedi? Tshisekedi does not recognize the border, says that the Tutsis in Kivu are Rwanda. That is far-fetched. Tutsis exist in Rwanda, Burundi, and of course in the DRC. Before the genocide in Rwanda in 1994, Tutsis made up about 15% of the population. Today, Rwanda no longer officially distinguishes between ethnic groups in order to promote reconciliation.  Nangaa, leader of the Alliance for the Congo River (AFC), a military and political alliance, is the former chairman of the electoral commission of the Democratic Republic of Congo.  Bisimwa and Makenga are the president and military chief of the M23 group. At the trial in Kinshasa in absentia, all three were found guilty and sentenced to death in August 2024. A show trial. Without substance!    The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo is offering a reward of four million dollars for information leading to the arrest of the accomplices of the three men and other wanted persons.
